i have just entered blog space. want to be part of the excitement. I am alternatively inspired or bored while working to build a business called India. My business is looking up but not my bureau. An innovation-winged economy is getting more and more dissonant with procedure-bound government. Yes I work for the government. I am currently exploring disruptive innovations in public policy in India. Any Ideas?
